In accordance with Article 21 of Law 25.326, we are registered with the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection (DNPDP).

  • Registration data: name, surname, email, password (hashed).
  • Profile data: company, position, phone number (optional).
  • Payment data: processed through PayPal (we do not store card data).
  • Communications: messages you send us by email or support chat.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, searches performed.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device.
  • Cookie data: session identifiers, preferences (see Cookies section).

Important: The business data (leads) we extract comes exclusively from publicly accessible sources (Google Maps, public websites, public social networks). Synara does not collect personal data from private individuals, but commercial information from businesses that have voluntarily published such information on the internet.

We use your personal data to:

  • Service provision: create and manage your account, process payments, provide access to contracted features.
  • Communications: send you information about your account, service updates, and news (if you accepted).
  • Service improvement: analyze platform usage to optimize user experience.
  • Security: detect and prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorized activities.
  • Legal compliance: respond to legal requirements from competent authorities.
  • Marketing: send you offers and promotions only if you gave express consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: companies that help us operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, email). They are contractually obligated to protect your data.
  • Linked accounts: if you use the linked accounts feature, authorized users can access shared records according to established permissions.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law, court order or competent authority under Argentine law.
  • Business reorganization: in case of merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor, respecting this policy.

COMMITMENT

Any third party with whom we share data is obligated to maintain confidentiality and may only use the information for the specific authorized purposes.

Some of our service providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases, we comply with Article 12 of Law 25.326, which regulates international data transfers:

  • We only transfer data to countries that offer an adequate level of protection according to DNPDP.
  • When the country does not offer adequate protection, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
  • We obtain your express consent when required by regulation.

We currently use processing services in the United States (PayPal, cloud services), a country with a recognized regulatory framework for commercial data protection.

We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Account data: while your account is active and up to 2 years after cancellation (for possible claims).
  • Billing data: 10 years in accordance with Argentine tax obligations (Law 11.683).
  • Usage and analytics data: 2 years in aggregated and anonymized form.
  • Support communications: 2 years from the last communication.
  • Lead records: while your account is active. Upon cancellation, you can export your data before deletion.

After these periods, your data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

In accordance with Articles 14 and 16 of Law 25.326, you have the following rights:

Right of Access (Art. 14)

You can request information about what personal data we have about you and how we process it. You have the right to obtain a free copy every 6 months.

Right of Rectification (Art. 16.1)

You can correct inaccurate or outdated data. You can also update your data directly from your account settings.

Right of Deletion (Art. 16.3)

You can request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right to Object

You can object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at soporte@synara.ar indicating:

  • Your full name and email associated with your account.
  • The right you wish to exercise.
  • A copy of your identity document (to verify your identity).

We will respond within a maximum of 10 business days in accordance with Article 14 inc. 2 of Law 25.326.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

If you believe we have not adequately addressed your request, you can file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the enforcement authority for Law 25.326.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data in accordance with Article 9 of Law 25.326:

  • Encryption: HTTPS/TLS connections, passwords hashed with bcrypt (10 rounds).
  • Access control: secure authentication, JWT tokens, httpOnly cookies.
  • Monitoring: detection of unauthorized access and suspicious activities.
  • Backups: regular backups with encryption at rest.
  • Updates: continuous system maintenance and security patches.

INCIDENT NOTIFICATION

In case of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within a maximum of 72 hours and take necessary measures to mitigate the impact.

Synara is a B2B platform aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not intentionally collect data from minors under 18 years of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at soporte@synara.ar to proceed with deletion of such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable legislation.

  • We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the platform.
  • The "last updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates when the last modification was made.
  • We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.

Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
